For online orders, we will ship out the parcel within 2-4 working days.
Shipped items are expected to reached you between 3-7 working days.
Delivery time are depending on customers location.
The shipping fees are based on the product's weight and dimension of the box (for bulk orders).
Normal charges is RM8 for Semenanjung and RM11 for Sabah/Sarawak.
Once the item has been shipped out, customer will receive tracking number through email.

We are responsible to make sure the items are 100% in good condition
and parcel before we send out.
However when we sent out through the courier company there is some possibilities if problem happens during the process and which is out of our control.
BUT we will assist you to make sure the courier company take the responsibility to make sure the items reach you in good conditions.
If you received those items in that conditions, courier company will not take responsibility if we report missing items.
2. In case you have received the items, please keep the original packaging. Do not throw away the packaging (even though its tear) for the proof later.
